An internal e-library for Angkasa Pura employees — browse, read, and bookmark books.
Overview
Elora is an internal online library ("E-library") at Angkasa Pura. It offers the familiar library experience — a catalogue, reading, and favourites — restricted to registered employees, alongside a dashboard that tracks courses and modules.
The challenge
An internal tool still has to feel good to use. The goal was a calm reading experience and a dashboard that makes progress obvious at a glance — courses taken, modules completed — for staff who use it between actual work.
My role
- Build the reader-facing application and the progress dashboard.
- Wire the catalogue, reading, and bookmarking flows to the API.
Approach
I led with clarity: a dashboard that summarises progress up top, then a clean catalogue and a distraction-free reader. Redux keeps library state consistent across the app; access is limited to registered employees.
What I built
- A book catalogue and in-app reading.
- Bookmarking favourite books.
- A dashboard summarising courses taken and modules completed.
- Employee-only access to the library.
Under the hood
- React + React Bootstrap, React-Redux for state, Axios for the API.
- Styled with SCSS.
